The ISC Pressure Monitoring Kit measures the pressure exerted by the concrete on the formwork. The pressure measurements are directly transmitted to the cloud which can be monitored in the ISC Web Application. From the pressure acting on the formwork, you can adjust the pouring speed accordingly to make pouring operations safer and efficient.
We offer the ISC Pressure Monitoring Kit in two variants. You can choose between a completely new set with communication unit or an add-on for your ISC Temperature Monitoring and Concrete Maturity Kit, if you already have one.
Set 1 – ISC Pressure Monitoring Kit:
Set 2 – ISC Pressure Sensor Kit with Node:
Easy handling:
Economical and time saving:
Optimise utilisation and operating times of the formwork
Safety and documentation:
The ISC Web Application provides you knowledge about your concrete anywhere at any time. A modern and responsive design allows you comfortable access with any device. You can use the InSite Construction application with your existing PERI account.
Features:
For further information, please check the ISC Web Application.
What network does the ISC system use?
GSM/mobile phone network.
At what frequency does the data transmission happen?
In the European Union, the communication frequency is 868 MHz between the ISC Nodes and the ISC Main unit.
Is the ISC syste CE certified?
Yes, the ISC system is CE certified.
What is the difference between the ISC pressure sensor and the tie rod pressure sensor?
The ISC Pressure Sensor measures the pressure directly from the concrete in the same plane as the formliner. The tie rod pressure sensor is an indirect method measuring the load between the wingnut and the formwork frame and relates the measurement to the actual concrete pressure. The results if this method are influenced by many parameters, for instance formwork and assembly.
Can I reuse the ISC Pressure Sensor?
Yes, you can remove the ISC Pressure Sensor after the concreting process and reuse it again.
How many Sensors can be connected to one ISC Node?
Four Sensors can be connected to one ISC Node.
What happens when the Sensor is not connected to the ISC Node?
The ISC Web Application will indicate that the sensor is not connected or maybe damaged. Please note that accurate measurements are not possible in this case.
