The InSite Construction (ISC) Temperature Monitoring and Concrete Maturity Kit measures the temperature at different points in the concrete and uploads the data directly to the ISC Web Application. The system eliminates any time-consuming manual read-outs of measuring points.
A thermocouple is used to measure the temperature in the concrete giving you the flexibility to measure anywhere inside the structure.
If you measure temperature continuously, you can react faster, avoid damages in the concrete structure and, in many cases, you can carry out striking operations earlier. Further, you can then also reduce the amount of formwork material – this results in time and cost savings on the construction site.
We offer the ISC Temperature Monitoring and Concrete Maturity Kit as standard sets. These sets consist of:
Easy handling:
Economical and time saving:
Safety and documentation:
Visualisation of real-time data to create more transparency
The ISC Web Application provides you knowledge about your concrete anywhere at any time. A modern and responsive design allows you comfortable access with any device. You can use the InSite Construction application with your existing PERI account.

For further information, please check the ISC Web Application.
What network does the ISC system use?
GSM/mobile phone network.
At what frequency does the data transmission happen?
In the European Union, the communication frequency is 868 MHz between the ISC Nodes and the ISC Main unit.
Is the ISC system CE certified?
Yes, the ISC system is CE certified.
Which type of sensor is used to measure temperature?
A thermocouple type T is used to measure the temperature in the ISC system.
What is a thermocouple?
A thermocouple is a sensor for measuring the temperature. This sensor consists of two dissimilar metal wires, joined at one end, and connected to a thermocouple-capable device (ISC Temperature Node) at the other end.
Can I reuse the thermocouple?
Yes, you can cut off the thermocouple part that is inserted into the concrete and reuse the remaining cable.
How long is the thermocouple cable?
The ISC Temperature Monitoring and Concrete Maturity Kit is provided with a 100 m thermocouple type T role. It can be cut to the desired length and assembled.
How many Thermocouples can be connected to one ISC Temperature Node?
Two thermocouple cables can be connected to an ISC Temperature Node.
